End User License Agreement & Terms of Use
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WCR Accounting Software (“WCRAS”, “the application”). By accessing or using WCRAS, you agree to these Terms.
License and Business Use
WCRAS is provided for your business use. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for your authorized company operations.
Provided “As Is”
WCRAS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the application is at your own risk.
Authorized Access
Access to WCRAS requires authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your authorized access.
Dependence on QuickBooks API
WCRAS connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API. Syncing of client, invoice, and accounting data depends on the availability of the QuickBooks API and on correct configuration of your connection. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party services or by incorrect configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WCRAS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
