Connection to QuickBooks Online

WCRAS connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized API. When you authorize the connection, we access your accounting data solely to provide the features of the application.

Authentication and OAuth Tokens

Access to QuickBooks Online is granted using OAuth. We store OAuth access and refresh tokens securely and use them only to maintain your authorized connection. We never ask for or store your QuickBooks or Intuit password.

Data We Sync and How We Use It

WCRAS syncs client, invoice, and accounting data only for the purpose of authorized company use within your account. This data is used to display, organize, and process your business records inside the application.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your synced client, invoice, or accounting data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Revoking Access
